The Legend of Hippomedon

Hippomedon was one of the seven champions who marched against Thebes to restore Polynices to the throne.‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌ He was a massive warrior from Argos or Mycenae, known for his enormous shield bearing the image of Typhon breathing fire.
